BLOCKLIBRARY

Terms of use

Effective October 1, 2026 · Version 2026-10-01 · Operated from Washington, United States

These terms govern Block Library accounts, contributions, and downloads requested through our download controls. We ask you to affirm them before participating or requesting a download. Public browsing does not require an account. The privacy policy describes data practices; agreeing to these terms does not authorize optional tracking.

Accounts and conduct

We do not impose a minimum account age or require an age declaration. Creating an account requires agreement to these Terms and the account data use described in our privacy policy. Public browsing does not require an account. Protect your account. Do not upload malware, illegal content, stolen builds, personal information about others without permission, harassment, deceptive links, or material that violates others' rights. Do not evade quotas or interfere with the service.

Your content and permission to share

You retain rights you hold in your builds and other content. By affirmatively submitting content, you confirm you have the necessary permissions and grant Block Library a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, scan, reproduce, display, distribute, and generate previews of it to operate the library. For schematics, worlds, mods, and other submitted files, identify the applicable license and source. You authorize visitors to download and use the submitted content for personal Minecraft use, subject to that license. This default permission grants no commercial redistribution rights. A valid third-party or open-content license, including CC0, governs the rights it grants and is not narrowed by these Terms. Neither you nor Block Library grants rights owned by someone else. Do not submit content under a license incompatible with hosting, distribution, or preview generation. You must have legal authority to grant these permissions, including any permissions required from a parent, guardian, co-author, or other rights holder. A checkbox cannot supply missing ownership or legal authority.

We may remove or restrict content or accounts for violations, rights complaints, abuse, or legal requirements, and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Contact us to contest a moderation decision. On removal, the operational license ends except for reasonable backup, legal-retention, and existing-copy needs. Copies already downloaded cannot be recalled.

Downloads and service availability

Files are community submissions. Automated checks do not establish ownership, guarantee safety, or ensure compatibility. Back up your world before importing a file. The service and files are provided as available, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Availability, features, and content may change. No charge is collected by the current download flow. Separate publisher destinations may have their own charges and terms. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Third parties and intellectual property

Block Library is not an official Minecraft website and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft branding and game assets belong to their respective owners. Our schematic preview artwork and simplified geometry are independently created representations and may differ from the game. The Minecraft EULA and usage guidelines apply to your use of Minecraft. External sites have separate terms and policies.

Questions and changes

Send disputes, safety concerns, or other questions through our private contact form. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive your right to bring a lawful claim. Updated terms show a new version and effective date; material changes require renewed agreement for participation. The version presented with each agreement is retained in our versioned Terms.
