Third-party software and asset notices for Block Library.
For contributor permissions, download licenses, warranty exclusions, and liability limits, read the Terms of use and content license. The notices and applicable licenses below continue to govern their respective software and assets.
Optional analytics uses the remotely hosted Umami tracker. Its open-source software is MIT-licensed; the copyright and permission notice is included below. Umami Cloud is a hosted service governed separately by its service terms. See our analytics privacy notice.
The interactive preview uses Schematic Renderer, licensed under AGPL-3.0-only.
The preview uses Minecraft Java Edition textures and models belonging to Mojang / Microsoft, with Block Library renderer code. Read the preview asset provenance. Uploaded builds retain their own rights and license terms.
Build ownership and 3D preview permissions
You keep the rights you hold in your builds. Under our contribution terms, you must own your submission or have the permissions needed to share it. Giving credit does not replace permission. Your submission grants Block Library a limited license to host and share that content and make technical adaptations, including thumbnails and interactive 3D previews, solely to operate, secure, and provide the service. It does not transfer ownership of your work.
A build and the game assets used to display it have separate rights. Minecraft textures, models, branding, and other Mojang or Microsoft materials remain subject to their owners' rights, the Minecraft EULA, and the Minecraft Usage Guidelines. Neither an uploader's permission nor our renderer's software license grants rights to those third-party assets. Rendering or downloading a build does not give you ownership of its component assets; the applicable content licenses govern reuse.
Block Library is an independent community service. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
To report suspected infringement or contest a removal, follow our copyright and content-reporting process. We review reports and may restrict content or accounts, including repeat infringers, under our removal terms.
